Pilates People is proud to be a woman-owned and operated boutique studio in the heart of Denver. Founded by two instructors with a shared passion for the transformative power of pilates, we provide an elevated and personalized experience through small class sizes, intuitive instruction, and a thoughtful approach to movement. At Pilates People, we strive to inspire strength, balance, and connection—both in and beyond the studio.
Our classes are rooted in classical pilates principles, using Balanced Body studio reformers and towers, exo chairs, and mat work. With just four spots per class, you’ll receive personalized attention and hands-on adjustments to help you build strength, refine your form, and deepen your practice.
Jen Ross has always been passionate about movement, but when she was introduced to Pilates in 2011 she discovered a method that stimulated her mind as much as her body. Driven by a desire to understand the practice more deeply, she completed a 500 hour comprehensive training program in 2017, and became nationally certified with the NPCP.
Eager to continue expanding her knowledge, Jen completed the Kathy Grant Heritage Training and all seven Movement Science Made Simple courses. Most recently she found a new dimension of fascination through NeuroPilates, earning her diploma from Body Hack Education in Dubai.
Jen loves working with people of all backgrounds and abilities -- from beginners to experienced movers. Her style is both intuitive and precise, encouraging her students to explore their potential through intelligent, mindful movement. Expect her classes to challenge your balance, coordination, and memory -- while giving you a dynamic workout for both body and brain.
