There is a shared parking lot behind the studio with access through the back door. Ample street parking is also available on St. Paul Street.

Wear athletic clothing that allows for easy movement. More form-fitting attire is recommended so instructors can clearly see your movements and provide effective cues and corrections. Grippy socks are optional.

While not required, we highly encourage starting with our Intro 3-Pack of Private Sessions before joining small group classes. These sessions help you learn the basics and feel confident on the equipment. We also offer an Intro 4-Pack of Classes, which may be purchased on its own or in addition to the private intro pack. If you choose to begin in group classes, our beginner classes are designed to support you in building a strong Pilates foundation.

Classes must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing the class. Late cancellations within 24 hours will forfeit the class. If you’re unable to attend, please be sure to late cancel—no-shows will incur an additional $10 fee. With only four spots per class, we appreciate your help in allowing another client the opportunity to join.

All membership levels can book additional classes at the member rate of $25 per class.

If a spot becomes available, the next client on the waitlist will be automatically added to class up to one hour before the class start time. If you can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist. If you are automatically added to class, our standard cancellation and no-show policies apply.

Brain & Body Pilates integrates traditional Pilates with intentional neurological challenges to engage the brain as well as the body. Alongside classical and contemporary Pilates repertoire, we challenge coordination, balance, and memory—just to name a few. Expect classes to be fun, focused, and challenging. Pilates with a twist.
